Beef Broth & Butternut Soup




1 Chopped butternut

1 Chopped onion

1 tsp olive or coconut oil

4 cups beef broth

Salt to taste

Parsley for garnish

Refer to the below recipe for beef broth




  1. Preheat oven to 160ºC

  2. Place the chopped vege on a baking tray and drizzle with oil

  3. Bake in oven until soft

  4. Put in the blender with beef broth

  5. Serve and enjoy with a sprinkle of salt and pepper
